Liberalisation of motor insurance means that the price, scope of coverage and terms and conditions will no longer be dictated by the Motor Tariff.
The sum insured should always be based on the market value of the car at the time of applying for the insurance policy.
A no-claims bonus (NCB), or no-claims discount, is a count of the number of years in which you haven’t made a claim on your car insurance policy. These discounts are accumulated each year and the insurer will give you discount on your premium policy, range from 25% to 55% (max).
